Custom Computer Source, LLC’s goal is to provide server care at a level that fits your budget. We offer three levels of Server Management designed to maximize up-time by providing anywhere from basic maintenance level hardware and software monitoring support up to full service server support. Most of the services are carried out remotely. This provides us a unique, secure methodology to take control of your device as if the administrator were actually sitting at your server.
Our Server Watch services include the following Server Analysis and Escalation – 9x5x365:
- 24x7 NOC team Alerts – Monitoring of Services with 9x5 priority driven remediation process.
- NOC does not have credentials to access server.
- Microsoft Security Patch Management and Deployment
- Hourly monitoring of Antivirus Software and Updates
- Semi-weekly Free-Space Checks on all Hard Drives and S.M.A.R.T. Hard Drive checks
Our Server Care service includes all the features of the Server Watch – Plus Server Analysis and Remediation – 24x7x365:
- We analyze and mediate Critical server Alerts
- NOC Team 24x7 support for non-Critical alerts
- Remote Remediation of Server Watch alerts, using standard procedures, by NOC Team overnight
- Event log monitoring
- Back-up log checks
- Server Availability
- Service Availability monitoring
- Basic response time monitoring
- Log maintenance (both OS and Exchange)
- LogMeIn Pro2 Remote Server Access
Our Proactive Server Care includes all the features of Server Care - Plus 24x7x365 Server Analysis and Remediation of additional systems as follows:
- We analyze and Repair issues related to Microsoft Server Operating systems and Event Logs
- NOC will try to remediate (best effort basis) all alerts
- Monitoring for DNS, DHCP, and TS etc.
- Monitoring custom performance parameters
- Server health check and analysis of key trends
- Service pack updates
- Server tuning & cleaning
- Low priority service maintenance
