  • 24x7 NOC team Alerts – Monitoring of Services with 9x5 priority driven remediation process
  • NOC does not have credentials to access server
  • Microsoft Security Patch Management and Deployment
  • Hourly monitoring of Antivirus Software and Updates
  • Semi-weekly Free-Space Checks on all Hard Drives and S.M.A.R.T. Hard Drive checks

Our Desktop Care service includes all the features of the Desktop Watch – Plus: Desktop Analysis and Remediation – 24x7x365

  • We analyze and mediate Critical server Alerts
  • NOC Team 24x7 support for non-Critical alerts
  • Remote Remediation of Server Watch alerts, using standard procedures, by NOC Team overnight
  • Event log monitoring
  • Back-up log checks
  • Server Availability
  • Service Availability monitoring
  • Basic response time monitoring
  • Log maintenance (both OS and Exchange)
  • LogMeIn Pro2 Remote Server Access

Our Proactive Desktop Care includes all the features of Desktop Care - Plus: 24x7x365 Server Analysis and Remediation of additional systems as follows:

  • We analyze and Repair issues related to Microsoft Server Operating systems and Event Logs
  • NOC will try to remediate (best effort basis) all alerts
  • Monitoring for DNS, DHCP, and TS etc.
  • Monitoring custom performance parameters
  • Server health check and analysis of key trends
  • Service pack updates
  • Server tuning & cleaning
  • Low priority service maintenance
